The name was intentionally created to reflect both the region that inspired it and the philosophy behind how successful development happens. Throughout Northern Minnesota, the history of communities has long been shaped by the discovery, refinement, and movement of natural resources that became the foundation for infrastructure, businesses, buildings, and generations of growth.
That same process serves as a metaphor for real estate development.
