ORELINE was founded on a simple belief: communities throughout Northern Minnesota deserve access to experienced real estate development expertise, advisory, and management services that help turn opportunities into successful projects.
Northern Minnesota has long been shaped by the ability to recognize potential, develop resources, and create the infrastructure necessary for growth. Today, the region continues to present meaningful opportunities through redevelopment, investment, business growth, and thoughtful real estate development.
However, successful projects require more than a good idea. They require experienced evaluation, strategic direction, coordinated resources, and the ability to navigate complex decisions throughout the development process.
ORELINE was created to provide that expertise closer to home. By combining real estate development experience with a regional understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Northern Minnesota, ORELINE helps clients evaluate possibilities, establish strategies, and guide projects from initial concept through completion.

Like the natural resources that helped build the region, every development opportunity begins with essential elements that must be understood, refined, aligned, and guided toward a successful outcome. Our Founder
Meet Dominik Jenson
ORELINE was founded by Dominik Jenson, a real estate development professional with over a decade of experience across multiple markets and asset types.
Dominik began his career in real estate before transitioning into development, where he gained experience guiding projects through the full development lifecycle. His work has included evaluating opportunities, coordinating stakeholders, navigating approvals, supporting financing strategies, and helping advance projects from early concepts through execution.
This experience provided a unique perspective across both the transaction and development sides of real estate—understanding how opportunities are identified, evaluated, structured, and successfully brought to completion.
Throughout his career, Dominik has worked across multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and corporate development projects. His experience includes site selection, feasibility analysis, stakeholder engagement, entitlement processes, financing coordination, development planning, and project execution.
After working across different markets, Dominik returned to Northern Minnesota and recognized an opportunity to provide the region with dedicated access to experienced real estate development expertise. ORELINE was created to help clients evaluate possibilities, establish strategies, coordinate resources, and navigate complex development decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
Dominik earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota, with a focus in Construction Management, Applied Business, and Urban Studies.
Through ORELINE, Dominik combines development experience, strategic perspective, and regional understanding to help clients successfully advance real estate opportunities.
