ORELINEwas founded by Dominik Jenson, a real estate development professional with over a decade of experience across multiple markets and asset types.

Dominik began his career in real estate before transitioning into development, where he gained experience guiding projects through the full development lifecycle. His work has included evaluating opportunities, coordinating stakeholders, navigating approvals, supporting financing strategies, and helping move projects from early concepts through execution. This path provided a unique perspective across both the transaction and development sides of real estate—understanding not only how opportunities are identified, but how they are successfully brought to life.

Throughout his career, Dominik worked across a variety of markets and project types, including multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and corporate development. His experience spans site selection, feasibility analysis, stakeholder engagement, entitlements, financing coordination, and development execution—providing the strategic and practical understanding required to navigate complex projects.

Returning home to Northern Minnesota, Dominik recognized an opportunity to bring this perspective closer to the communities that shaped him. Across the region, property owners, businesses, and communities continue to pursue opportunities that require thoughtful planning, experienced guidance, and strong project leadership. ORELINEwas created to provide that support—helping clients evaluate possibilities, establish strategies, coordinate resources, and successfully move projects forward.

Dominik earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota, with a focus in Construction Management, Applied Business, and Urban Studies. Through ORELINE, he brings together his development experience, regional perspective, and commitment to helping clients unlock opportunities and create lasting value.
